We use an online payment and booking platform called Momence. When you first become a client at Hope Yoga, you may have created your own profile in Momence. If you haven’t, we will create one for you when you come into the studio. With Momence, you can easily register and cancel yourself in and out of classes and workshops, make purchases and manage your account. You can also go through our website to book classes as well as call the studio where a Client Specialist can assist you in making your purchase.
Package Cancellation Policy
Our auto-renew packages have strict cancellation and hold policies. Please be aware that 30 days written notice is required for cancellation of your auto-renew or the following month will be charged. We must receive written/email notification of all cancellations as the system will automatically continue to charge your credit card and renew continuously. Holds can be placed on auto-renew packages with a note from a doctor ONLY. Should you need to cancel your auto-renew package and return to it at a later date, you will return at the current market rate.
Auto-renew packages are non-transferable nor is sharing permitted on auto-renew nor on class packs.
Refunds and extensions of packages are not issued without a doctor’s note. In extenuating circumstances, a studio credit will be issued.
Currently, our class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expiration dates may be extended when a doctor’s note is provided only. You may also extend your expiration date for a fee of $10 per class for a one-month extension. For example, if you have 3 classes left and would like to extend for 1 month, the fee is $30. Introductory offers will not be extended under any circumstances without a doctor's note.
Class Cancellation Policy
If you sign up for a class and are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation online or give us a call at the studio. If a class is at capacity or has a waiting list within 2 hours of the scheduled start time and you miss your reservation without cancelling, you will be charged for the class. One class will be deducted from class packages and auto-renew and Introductory offer clients will be charged $10.
When a class that you are booked for is cancelled due to weather or some other unforeseen circumstance, you will receive an email from Momence, so be sure to check your email before heading out to your class. We will remove you from the class so that you can use that class pass for another future class.
If there are fewer than two individuals registered within one hour of the start time of class the class may be canceled. If there are fewer than 5 participants for more than 2 weeks, the class may be eliminated from the schedule.
Visiting the Studio
When should I arrive for class and what if I show up late?
To ensure the best possible experience for all of our yogis, all classes will begin at the time designated on our schedule. The studio door will close and lock at this time and no late entry will be permitted. To avoid being locked out, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of the class. Yoga is unique to other businesses and appointments where disruptions and tardiness bring an unsettled energy into the room. This policy allows all yogis to enjoy a complete and fulfilling yogic experience from the time of centering through Savasana.
If you are running late from work or think you may arrive late for some other reason, take advantage of our zoom classes so you can still get your practice in and feel less rushed.
Do you have a waitlist for in studio classes?
If a class is full and you are added to the waiting list, you will be sent an email and/or text if you are added to the class. Please check your email and confirm your reservation by either calling the studio or confirming in Momence.
Where do I put my belongings? And my cell phone?
We have cubbies in the reception area to store all purses, gym bags, shoes and any other belongings you have chosen to bring into the building. Items left in our cubbies are left at your own risk. Please leave valuables home. We are not responsible for lost or missing items left in our space.
REMINDER - NO Cell phones in the yoga rooms please. This is our studio policy. If you need to make a call or check email before or after class, please do so in the reception area or more preferably, in the foyer outside the yoga studio....thank you!
Please do not bring purses or phones into the yoga room. All phones are to be set on silent (not vibrate) without any sound. Give yourself this time to decompress from technology - you deserve it.
Can I arrive without booking?
*Yes you may but we encourage everyone to pre-book classes from the links within our class schedule page at our website or through our booking platform called Momence, especially to ensure availability for our in-studio classes.
Also, by pre-registering for classes, it helps us determine whether or not a class should remain on the schedule or be canceled.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you do decide to come to a class without booking it, be sure to check the schedule within an hour before class start time to make sure the class is still being held. Our policy is that classes with less than 2 people signed up within an hour of start time will be canceled.
What are your cleaning protocols? Do you have any protocols in place due to Covid-19?
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or suspect you have been exposed, we ask you to please take advantage of our Zoom classes rather than coming to the studio for 5 days without symptoms or until you receive a negative result from a PCR test 5 days after your exposure whether or not you have been vaccinated. These guidelines apply to our clients and staff alike.
We realize that this a little more diligent than the CDC requires, but we want to keep everyone as safe as possible.
We are still using our cleaning and disinfecting protocols after each class. We need to disinfect the floors after class so we kindly ask that you empty the room after your practice and take your conversations and socialization to the reception area or the lobby.
We ask that you wear a mask into the studio and then you are free to remove the mask once you are on the mat.
What should I bring for class?
Bring your mat and any props that help support your practice. We encourage all clients to bring their own blocks, yoga strap and blanket. We do have a few blocks at the studio for use in case you forget which are sanitized after use.
You may also bring a capped water bottle with you into the yoga room.
What should I wear?
Wear breathable clothing that you would feel comfortable working out in and that would not limit your range of motion.
Feel free to have a pair of socks and a warmer layer if you tend to get cold for savasana. For less vigorous classes such as Yin, you may like to have an extra layer or two as well.
Shoes are not allowed in the yoga room.

How we keep in touch
Do you send out any email newsletters?
We send out a weekly email on Sundays with all of our special announcements, upcoming events and important updates. Please check our website or Momence for any cancellation of classes or changes to our schedule. We try to avoid sending multiple emails in a week, but occasionally something important warrants an additional communication.
Can I email or call the studio if I have questions?
Yes! You can find our contact details, and a contact form to reach us here.
Please note that our studio phones are open from 9am-8pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-11:00am.
Your call is very important to us. Should we be unable to answer the call, please leave a voice mail and we will either return your call during normal business hours or at our next opportunity, which may be the following day. Studio phones will not be answered and calls not returned on holidays.
If you're having a problem with a link, Momence, or anything else, please call the studio. We are checking email periodically throughout the day. A phone call is the best way to reach us during the hours above. Thank you!
