Basic Yoga

Practice, or brush up on the basics, at your level of experience. Learn how to make modifications to each yoga pose to fit your practice. A concentration on breath and alignment makes this practice one for everyone.

Intermediate

A slower paced, yet challenging class for those with prior yoga experience focusing on variations of poses for varying levels with attention to alignment and breath. You may find some flows in this class as well as movement and postures leading toward a main 'peak' pose.

Stretch and Restore

Stretch and Restorative yoga will allow you to remove stagnation and bring you to a state of complete relaxation for the body, while being fully supported with props, and other modalities. This will allow the mind to let go and enter a calmer, more meditative state.

Yin/Yang

Yin/Yang Yoga is a yoga practice that combines yin and yang yoga styles to create a balanced practice that can benefit the body and mind.

So in this practice you'll receive the best of both worlds in terms of yoga styles; a bit of movement with a more externally-focused practice (Yang) and the cooling and stillness of a more internally-focused practice (Yin).

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a quiet, slower-paced practice. It consists of a sequence of passive, ground-based yoga poses that are held longer to access deeper muscle tissue (fascia). By applying gentle stress to these tissues, Yin Yoga helps to increase the strength and resiliency of connective tissue. This quieter practice also allows you to turn inward, be present and explore subtle sensations within the body while releasing the stressors of life, even if it's just for this hour.

This class is appropriate for beginners and those working toward evolving their yoga practice. You'll explore traditional yoga poses, sun salutations and learn about the connection of breath and movement. This alignment-based practice will offer modifications as you grow and challenge yourself in a safe and supportive space. This class is recommended for those with the ability to get up and and down from the floor without difficulty.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and creating fluid movement in the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

Pilates Mat Fusion

Fuse an upbeat cardio workout with full-body strength training during this high-energy class. Based on the movements of Joseph Pilates, this class will strengthen your core, lower back, inner and outer thighs, glutes, and arms by using light weights, exercise bands, playground balls, and Pilates rings. Geared toward all levels.

Chair Yoga 60min

Using a chair for seated poses and also for balancing poses, this class is perfect for those who haven't moved their bodies for a while or have limited mobility. A great place to start practicing yoga in a judgment free atmosphere. Many options are given to customize the practice for YOU!

Vinyasa Flow

A class for advanced beginners and experienced practitioners looking to tone the body and connect movement with breath. We end with a deeply restful savasana allowing you to leave the class feeling renewed and rejuvenated.

Hatha Yoga

This class combines yoga poses and breathing, practicing more slowly and holding the postures longer with attention, in order to preserve and channel vital energy sources. While slower than a typical vinyasa class, Hatha yoga can be challenging as you spend more time getting deeper into the expression of each pose. It is also beginner friendly, and variations are always offered to intensify each pose.

Chi Yoga Flow begins with chi-building movements inspired by Qi Gong to awaken and balance your energy. From there, the class transitions into a dynamic yoga flow designed to build stamina, mobility, and strength, integrating mindful breath with each movement. As the flow winds down, you'll engage in Myofascial release techniques to relieve tension and enhance flexibility.. This class will be both challenging and rewarding, fostering both physical vitality and inner calm.
