Studio Policies

*The terms “subscription” and “membership” are used interchangeably.*

• No refunds will be issued. Studio credit may be offered when applicable.
• Clients are responsible for any credit card fees associated with purchases.
• Class Packs have **expiration dates**. If you miss a class without canceling (no-show), that class will be deducted from your pack.
• If you have a **subscription** with a set number of classes per month and no-show for a class, it will be marked as used.
• Workshops and special events have individual cancellation policies listed on each purchase page. Please read all event details before purchasing.
• If you no-show a workshop or special event, no credit will be given.

🕒 Class Cancellation & Late Policy

• If a class is **full** and you **do not cancel at least 1 hour before start time**, or if you **no-show**, the following applies:
  → A $5 late fee will be charged to your card/ACH on file
  → The class will be deducted from your class pack or membership

This helps ensure waitlisted students can attend and promotes a respectful flow for everyone.

🔁 Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions auto-renew every 28 days and will **continue charging** until canceled in writing.
• You may cancel your subscription **at any time with 14 days' written notice** sent to: `[email protected]`
• If you are on an **older subscription** with a commitment period, the same 14-day cancellation policy applies **after** the commitment ends.
• If written notice is not provided, **charges will continue** and any unused time is the responsibility of the client.

Other Policies

• Class Packs and Unlimited Memberships are not shareable.
• You **may** share class-based subscriptions (Root, Rise, Radiance) with friends or family with pre-registration only.
• Children ages **13–16** may attend regular classes if accompanied by an adult.
• Children ages **5–12** may only attend Kids Yoga series when offered.
• Please arrive **5–10 minutes early** for class. The studio door **locks promptly at class start time** and late arrivals cannot be admitted.
