Your choice of loop resistance band - xtra light, light, medium, heavy or xtra heavy or no bands if you choose. The first practice is May 8th and then 3 classes a week throughout the month.

This challenge is done in the comfort of your own home, using a chair or standing. Morning, noon or night! Bedroom, living room or kitchen! Glute maximus, medius and minimus, oh my!
