Participation Agreement

1. The registrant understands that yoga and other exercises includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If registrant experiences any pain or discomfort, he/she will listen to their body, adjust the posture or stop practicing and seek support when needed.

Any Hope Yoga online course, training or challenge is not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment. Yoga and other physical activities is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. Registrant affirms that he/she alone is responsible to decide whether to practice yoga or participate in any other movement modality. This same responsibility of the registrant applies to any other course or program or coaching or membership or any other offer they purchase for a fee or for free from HOPE YOGA.

The registrant understands that it is his/her responsibility to seek professional help when needed. Registrant hereby agrees to irrevocably release and waive any claims that she/he have now or hereafter may have against HOPE YOGA AND A PLACE TO PAUSE LLC.

2. Any HOPE YOGA courses and programs purchased are to be used by the purchaser alone and are non-transferable. Purchase of any one HOPE YOGA course, or registration for a free offer or course, is meant for use by one participant only. Sharing content either by duplicating PDFs, MP3s, and or Video is considered a violation of copy right. Please respect the time and work that has gone into producing HOPE YOGA AND A PLACE TO PAUSE LLC products and services.

3. If purchasing the Hope Yoga 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training, you have read all the FAQ's on the sales page and agree to all the terms listed on that page.

FOR THE 200-HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PATH

This training takes place OCTOBER to MARCH 2026.

When you enroll for this training, you will move through the entire Yoga Teacher Training but will not receive a Certificate of Completion. This option is mainly for those who want to learn more about yoga and deepen their own practice, but have no interest in teaching.

You are free to complete the homework assignments but they will not be reviewed by the Teacher Trainers.

You can choose to switch your enrollment to receive a Certification of Completion by paying the balance to equal $3,550 by January 1, 2026. All previous homework assignments will need to be handed in within 2 weeks of making the switch.
